Celebrate the
Power of Community
When times are dark, as individuals, we may feel powerless. But when we gather with like-minded people whose values we share, we form a community. And that community has enormous power to make lasting positive change. That’s the strength of Walla Walla Democrats.
You are invited to join us in celebrating the Power of Community at a gathering of friends on Wednesday, June 18, 6–9 p.m., at the Marcus Whitman. The event will include delicious appetizers, a no-host bar, and a silent auction.
Charles (Chuck) Sams III, the 19th National Park Service director and first Tribal citizen to serve as the agency’s director, will be our featured speaker. He will be joined by several local elected leaders.
All who are interested in growing our community through Democratic action are welcome!
