Meet the Candidate!

We have so far hosted three candidates for statewide office in our Meet the Candidate series, Mary Verner (Commissioner of Public Lands), Erin Jones (Superintendent of Public Instruction) and Tina Podlodowski (Secretary of State). We will be welcoming Cyrus Habib (Lt. Governor), Chris Reykdal (Superintendent of Public Instruction) and Jeff Sprung (State Auditor) in June.It has been fascinating to learn more about these vital state government functions and here from our strong candidates. Please check the calendar and plan to join us for the upcoming visits! We often hear complaints that we don't get much attention from statewide candidates here in Walla Walla. Your Walla Walla Democrats are working hard to change that narrative this year!
