Democratic Candidates File to Run

Democrats kicking off filing week bright and early at Walla Walla County Courthouse, 315 W Main, to file as candidates. The filing period opened today, Monday, May 16, and runs through Friday, May 20, at 4:00 pm - in person or online. Jeff Strickler and Jan Corn are the 16th Legislative District candidates, positions 1 and 2, respectively, and the other seven candidates filing this morning are but a small group of the outstanding people running as Democrats for PCO (Precinct Committee Officer). Join us!!
Being a PCO is by election. To file online, go to the Washington State File for Office site. The site has additional information, such as the 2022 State Candidates Guide. To file in person, visit the County Auditor’s office (315 W Main St #201, Walla Walla) between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, May 16-20.
